How to create a new Address proof request as a staff?

Introduction:

HRMS is an indigenous application that helps the Organization to accumulate and maintain Human Resource data. This document describes how a staff requests address proof.

Getting Started:

Access Human Resource Management System

  • Open an internet browser (Recommended to use Google Chrome)

  • Type https://my.amrita.edu/ and click enter

  • Login with your amrita email id and password.

  • Click HUMAN RESOURCES.


To create a new address proof request

  • Click on the Address Proof from the left side menu


  • Click on the My Request from the submenu.


  • To create a new request click on Add Request button.


  • Enter the purpose of the request, choose the type of address and click on the save button.


  • Staff will be able to view the created request on the page.
